2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
30 Melba toast rounds
1 c. flaked cooked trout
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
In a small bowl, mix fish, cheese, celery, sour cream, onion and pepper. Mound about 1 1/2
teaspoons of mixture on each cracker. Place the crackers on a baking sheet.
Set oven to broil at 550 degrees. Broil 6 inches from heat until the cheese melts, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2
minutes.
