1 cup Salt Pork or Bacon, diced
2 cup hot water
Salt and Pepper
2 cups half and half
Fry pork in skillet until browned. Add onions and gently saute. Add potatoes and hot water and
cook until potatoes are partially done. Add fish fillets; cook until fillets fork easily. Season to taste
with salt and pepper; add cream. Heat thuroughly and serve with a pat of butter.
