MAX'S GRILLED TERIYAKI SALMON

2 T. toasted sesame oil
Juice of 1/2 lime
Cracked black pepper
6 salmon steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. fresh ginger, chopped
In large casserole, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, lime juice
and pepper; mix well. Arrange salmon in casserole; marinate 2 hours. Spray grill with nonstick
cooking spray; heat to medium-hot. Place steaks on grill, baste with marinade, close cover. Turn
once after 5 minutes. Baste again; close cover. Cook 10 minutes.
