I'm Mike Walbridge from Mora, Minnesota, about
an hour north of the Twin Cities. I'm not very
particular on what species to chase, I enjoy them
all, but I think my top choice would have to be
Walleye. I spend most of my time in the spring
fishing locally, as I feel we have some great
panfishing available on multiple lakes all within a
twenty mile radius. Some are more difficult to
figure out than others, but a little work will go a
long way. Opener weekend for me is either spent
around the McGregor Area, or on the Big Pond of
Mille Lacs. As the summer progresses, I focus a

chasing Perch and Walleye on Mille Lacs with it being so nearby. When winter comes, the passion for
chasing fish goes to a whole new level. As much as I enjoy fishing the open water, when that sheet of
ice forms on the lakes there isn't anything I'd rather do that be on top of it turning it into swiss cheese.
When you fish with us you can bet we'll do everything possible to ensure you have a quality experience
on the ice. Whether we have to drill hundreds of holes or pull anchor a hundred times, our goal is to
see you catch fish and we won't settle for anything less.

Chris passed away this past July, but he will
always be a member of our team. He shared our
passion for ice fishing and the outdoors as a
whole. Whether he was in the woods hunting, in
the boat making casts, or on the ice with us, there
wasn't anything he'd rather be doing. Of all the
species available to us in Minnesota, he definitely
loved pursuing the sunfish. It was hard to get him
to look elsewhere if they were snapping.
He will be greatly missed, but we have no doubt
that he will be on the ice with us this winter.
